粉刷石膏優勢分析:
第一,表面無開裂和空鼓。傳統水泥抹灰砂漿的收縮率一般為0.15%,石膏的膨脹率為0.02%,這就決定了水泥抹灰砂漿在水化過程中產生收縮空鼓開裂是不可避免的,只能通過添加劑和養護減輕,但是不可能完全解決,而石膏是微膨脹的,正常情況下在水化過程中是不可能產生空鼓開裂,而且石膏的水化過程很快,在24小時基本水化完成因此體積穩定性很好(這是石膏大量用于生產模具的原因)。此外對于機噴型石膏砂漿墻面,如后期需要重新埋管、設備改裝等產生的修補,不會產生墻面起殼和空鼓現象。
第二,降(jiang)低建筑(zhu)負荷(he),前期設計可降(jiang)低工程成本。抹(mo)灰(hui)石膏容重(zhong)為(wei)850-950kg/m3,只有傳統水泥抹(mo)灰(hui)砂(sha)漿(jiang)1800-2000/m3的(de)一半,例(li)如(ru):一棟(dong)兩個單元20層的(de)樓(lou)房改用抹(mo)灰(hui)石膏代替(ti)傳統水泥砂(sha)漿(jiang),則整棟(dong)樓(lou)將減少550噸負荷(he)。
第三,抹灰(hui)石(shi)膏(gao)容重(zhong)只有(you)(you)傳統水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)抹灰(hui)砂(sha)漿(jiang)(jiang)的(de)(de)一(yi)半左右,并且抹灰(hui)石(shi)膏(gao)砂(sha)漿(jiang)(jiang)厚層厚度(du)一(yi)般情況下,僅有(you)(you)水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)砂(sha)漿(jiang)(jiang)厚度(du)的(de)(de)三分之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)到二分之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi),因(yin)此工(gong)(gong)(gong)人施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)勞動(dong)(dong)墻(qiang)度(du)會(hui)大大降低,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效率也會(hui)隨之(zhi)(zhi)提高(gao)。另外抹灰(hui)石(shi)膏(gao)刷石(shi)膏(gao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)不需要養護,水(shui)(shui)化(hua)凝結時(shi)間短,24小時(shi)后(hou)可以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)嚇(xia)到工(gong)(gong)(gong)序施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。采取機(ji)械施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),每(mei)臺(tai)/每(mei)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)(liang)在400m2,能(neng)有(you)(you)效提高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期質量(liang)(liang),避免常規(gui)砂(sha)漿(jiang)(jiang)粉刷施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)對勞動(dong)(dong)力的(de)(de)大量(liang)(liang)需求(qiu)。
